Fantastic dinner at the new Huertas in the east village. Two vermouth based pairings and I definitely have a new appreciation. Loved the scrambled eggs with shrimp and the lamb and ramp sausage! And how my tastes have changed…years ago I wouldn’t have touched anchovies, olives and rice pudding.
